Return & Refund Policy – Viitaj
Thank you for shopping with Viitaj. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or send us an email directly at Viitajstore@gmail.com.
To help us process your request faster, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or if the product is physically broken.
Damage to the packaging during shipping (such as dented boxes) with the product still in good condition is not considered product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email Viitajstore@gmail.com and include a clear photo showing the damage.
We will review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not provide refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Viitaj cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related issues.
If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we offer free exchanges.
Please email Viitajstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product.
